The 2026 Pumpkin Show Window Decorating Contest is celebrating America's 250th birthday, and NEW this year, YOU get to help choose a winner!

🗳️ People's Choice Voting is OPEN!

As you're walking around downtown, check out the participating storefronts and look for the QR codes displayed in their windows. Simply scan the code to cast your vote for your favorite display!

Voting closes Thursday, October 22 at 5 PM, and winners will be announced Friday, October 23.

Be sure to take a stroll downtown, and find your favorite!

What is a Rate Buydown?
A rate buydown is when extra cash is paid at closing to lower your mortgage interest rate—dropping your monthly payment for the first few years (or the life of the loan).
