Cat was born in Iowa and has also resided in Arizona but will only call Ohio Home! She is a graduate of Ohio University, with an Associate Degree in Law Enforcement Technology. She decided to pursue her passion for Real Estate in 2008 after the birth of her first son. She attended Hondros College in Westerville for Real Estate Appraisals in 2008 and was an apprentice in the field, until she was li
censed as a Certified Residential Appraiser in 2014, covering Fairfield, Franklin, Pickaway, Hocking, Ross and Perry counties. She also expanded her Real Estate Knowledge in 2014 by again attending Hondros College for her Real Estate Sales classes and became a Licensed Sales Agent in February 2015. She loves that she has the opportunity to switch hats in this field. As an appraiser, you are the unbiased, neutral, party in Real Estate Transactions. Real Estate sales allows Cat to become an active participant and share the joy of finding the perfect home for your family! Cat has been described by clients as having a tireless and steadfast dedication to finding your perfect new home. She credits a lot of her patience and persistence to being a mom to Lucas, Jacob, Owen and Bayleigh, with only 4 years between her oldest and youngest child. Her mission is that by the time you close on the purchase or sale of your home that you fully understand and are comfortable with the entire process and that the whole experience was stress free as possible.
