Another item to take note on is the changes on 1 st time buyers since the shut down in March 2020. The amounts they were giving for buyers changed.& money available. Considerable less Funding has changed.. its still there but not as much help. NOTE: SAVE your money for closing costs..Interest rates are record low. That's the good note

Hello everyone

We still have those no evictions, no action order in place. I believe till end of May...regarding anyone in a home at this time. If your a renter, & you cant pay. PLEASE realize your rent will come due all of it at once unless you've worked something out with owner before hand. Same with those in a mortgage. That can mean big amounts of money to pay all at once or face possible foreclosures. I suggest you do your best the take a portion of your unemployment or saving if your not working & pay your house payment. continue making payments as much as possible. & shopping as usual. We dont need to buy massive amounts of food .Our food supplies appear safe & available. Just a suggestion.. if you have questions feel free to call.
