Attention Creekside Colony Residents!

Beginning Friday, September 9th, our main swimming pool will be closed for resurfacing. The project is expected to continue through the end of September.

During this time, residents are welcome to enjoy our other community pool while the main pool is unavailable. ☀️🌴

🌟 Labor Day Office Closure 🌟

Dear Creekside Colony Residents,

In observance of Labor Day, our leasing office will be closed Monday, September 7th. We will reopen with normal business hours on Tuesday, September 8th.

🔧 If you have a maintenance emergency while the office is closed, please call 916-805-1236.

A proposal to demolish Sacramento Metro Fire Station 23 on Greenback Lane is now pending review with the City of Citrus Heights. The proposed project consists of demolition of the existing building and construction of a new 19,500-square-foot, two-story fire station.
