Another exterior repair completed by Patton Home Repair! 🔨

This project involved more than simply covering the old siding. I removed the ledger and gable trim, replaced a dry-rotted barge-rafter return, installed new flashing and Tyvek weather barrier, and added new HardiePlank siding over the existing T1-11.

Everything was properly trimmed, sealed with exterior caulking, and primed for paint. The result is a cleaner, updated exterior with better protection from the elements.

Before & After — Kitchen Flooring & Butcher Block

A big transformation after water damage required the existing flooring to be removed.

For this project, I removed the damaged flooring and installed new luxury vinyl plank throughout the kitchen, then built and installed a 4’ x 8’ butcher block chef’s table/island and finished the top with tung oil.

The new flooring and butcher block completely changed the look and feel of the space.
