They said the roof was leaking, but it was summer.
It only leaked on weekends when they did laundry. 
The dryer vent was to short and condensating in the shallow attic. I had to extend it to the top of the vent.

Here is a composition roof I installed. It had old lightweight concrete tile on it that has not been maintained in decades. We removed the old roof and repaired all the dry rot and install these beautiful timberline shingles. 

The above bathroom toilet leaked. And had to remove and replace the ceiling. I also painted the bathroom.

I replaced the stucco molding on the back windows of this house. I’ve changed a lot of dry-rot in my life. This trim wasn’t that old. Trees are harvested when they’re too young these days and I’m noticing it’s not the same as the old thousand year old Redwood.
