To Nash Crossing Homeowners,
This is an important communication regarding the planned transition of Nash Crossing POA Board representation, management, and operations.
- Beginning Jan 1, 2026 the NC POA Board is expected to be represented and run entirely by NC Resident Representatives. Currently, the Board is represented by 3 Developer appointed Representatives (Moses, Wisser, Taylor) and 2 Resident volunteer Representatives (Holzwart, Yee). We will need Residents willing to run for at least 3 vacant Board seats and hold a new election to vote for all 5 member seats.
- A 5 person "POA Transition" team of Residents needs to be formed now. Your 2 board resident reps have volunteered to serve on this team. This is a critical role and responsibility in researching, analyzing, and making recommendations such as selecting a Community Association Manager (administration, billing, enforcement), and landscape maintenance contractor for 2026. We have a list of CH POA reps that the team will meet to share their transition experience and recommendations. Please contact your 2 resident reps to express your interest to serve.
Please attend the July 16 Quarterly NC POA meeting as this will be a topic of discussion and action.
