An interesting article about the trade war and it's impact on commercial real estate. As a whole, the commercial real estate sector should be relatively safe, although from a micro perspective dealing with industrial properties here in the SGV where it seems that every other company is an importer, the consequences are definitely more apparent.

And another one. 36k SF leased! After several rounds of lease comments, we finally reached an agreement and the client should be moving in soon.

I'm proud to announce that we just assisted our client in securing this 25,000 SF warehouse in Baldwin Park. We represented the tenant and helped him lock in the lowest rate in the market for buildings of this size.

Just leased a 25,000 SF warehouse in Chino where we represented the landlord. We first starting working with this owner in summer 2018 when we were helping her find her first industrial investment property. We made several offers and eventually were able to secure a class A building in Chino. After some renovations and some time patiently waiting for the right tenant, we made a deal with a national credit tenant who signed a 7 year lease.
