Proposed school boundary change in Chino, affecting Preserve community

Preserve has been one of the fast growing community is Chino, not only for it's new and well designed community but also for its schools. Preserve is in Chino Hills High boundary. It may be changed soon.

A "temporary" boundary change has been proposed on 2/21/19.
The most impacted area would be the Preserve community between Pine and Chino Corona Ave.
Currently this area is under Cal Aero (k-8) and Chino Hills High and is proposed to changed to Liberty Elementary, Woodcrest Jr High and Chino High.

Note that this is proposed and is not final.

If your lights flickers sometimes, don't ignore it.
It may be more serious than you think.

In the case I encountered, the main breaker is damaged.
Though it is still intact from the outside, the inside part was melted and damaged. Who knows what would happen if it goes on for another period of time. It may cause fire and, if not found early, burn down the house.

Part of Hacienda Blvd toward La Habra (between Skyline Dr & Canada Sombre, just south of Hsi Lai Temple) is closed due to the landslide. The closure may last for a year.

We coordinated the time line and arranged seller rent back for 1.5 month. Got the security deposit and rent transferred to my client to ensure my client is not exposed and at risk.
