This one took some strategy. We adjusted pricing, stayed patient, and kept working through a slower market. After a few rounds of negotiations, we were able to get it into contract with a solid buyer.

Not every deal is instant, especially with a more unique layout like a 2-bedroom in a competitive price range. But the right approach and persistence always pay off.
