This one is officially closed!

Every transaction has its own challenges, and this one was no exception. With the seller living out of state, coordinating inspections, repairs, negotiations, and all the moving pieces required extra communication and teamwork from everyone involved.

There were moments when it wasn’t easy, but we stayed focused, worked through each obstacle, and got it across the finish line.

Under contract on this Milwaukie home.

This one took some strategy. We adjusted pricing, stayed patient, and kept working through a slower market. After a few rounds of negotiations, we were able to get it into contract with a solid buyer.

Not every deal is instant, especially with a more unique layout like a 2-bedroom in a competitive price range. But the right approach and persistence always pay off.

Looking forward to getting this one to the finish line.
