A deceleration of value does NOT mean a depreciation in value. ✨

Nothing can stay in a CRAZY state for long. And 2020-2022 were crazy Acceleration in real estate values, but where they normal!?! No, not at all, what is normals?

What does this mean, when we look month to month, we see home averages sales drop, but if we look at 2022 vs 2023 of October, BIGGER PICTURE! You see prices have not dropped.

They are lingering, even with the rates increasing, home prices have not depreciated.

And the trend only points upward, slow growth is still… GROWTH. And it takes a give and take from both buyer and seller to make a deal happen with skilled negotiation.
