Five years ago today, Radiance Real Estate Group was born.

And just over ten years ago today, I started my career as a Real Estate Broker.

I was feeling nostalgic, so I took a walk down real estate lane and stumbled upon my headshots from over the years. The first photo is my original headshot from the summer of 2016. The second one is from 2019. The third shot is from the Radiance launch in 2021, and the last headshot is my current and most recent one from last summer. A bit of aging (what an honor to grow older)… but the same heart and dedication since year one.

Ahhhh, the memories, the clients, the seasons of life…

Ten years as a Broker means nearly 25% of my life has now been spent in this industry, guiding people through some of the biggest decisions and transitions of their lives, and I feel so incredibly grateful for that.

Grateful for the clients who trusted me with their homes, their moves, their questions, and their dreams.

Grateful for the people who have referred their friends and family to me and trusted me enough to put my name in someone else’s hands.

Grateful for the incredible industry partners I’ve had the privilege of working with along the way.

And grateful that what started as a career when my babies were little has become a business I now get to enjoy with them by my side. What a gift to build a business with them alongside of me. (And of course a shoutout to my MVP: Nick. What a stud that guy is. I just love him and appreciate him so much.)

If I’ve had the opportunity to work with you as your Realtor, a referral partner, an industry colleague, or in some other capacity over these past ten years… thank you…

Thank you for allowing me to be a small part of your life and your journey. What an absolute honor it has been.

Cheers to ten years in this crazy, wonderful industry, five years of Radiance, and everything the next ten years hold. I’m excited to see what’s ahead!

Happy Valley 4th of July Family Festival 🇺🇸

Celebrate Independence Day with a full day of community fun at Happy Valley Park!

✨Schedule of Activities✨

9:30 AM - Independence Day Hike
Kick off the holiday with a 2.6-mile community hike hosted by the Happy Valley Hikers.

12:00 PM - Community Parade
Grab a spot along the parade route and enjoy one of Happy Valley’s favorite traditions featuring local businesses, community groups, residents, and even vintage cars.

1:00 PM - 10:00 PM - Family Festival
Enjoy live music, food vendors, carnival rides, inflatables, local vendors, and family-friendly activities throughout the afternoon and evening.

🇺🇸 Youth Entrepreneur Market (starting at 1:00)
One of the highlights of this year’s festival is the Youth Entrepreneur Market. Local youth entrepreneurs will be selling handmade goods and showcasing their creativity and talents throughout the event. My son has a booth this year ( K Craft Creations | 3D Printing Shop | Happy Valley, OR ), and I’m so proud of him!

Thanks to the support of the Happy Valley Business Alliance, these young makers have the opportunity to gain real-world business experience while sharing their work with the community.

Life lately… June 🤍

The past month was full. Very full. Full of tight timelines and ends of seasons. But it was also filled with SO much goodness.

Gorgeous sunshine.
Daily checks on my garden.
Dressed up.
Switched around all of the kids rooms.
Business meetings with my tiny, 4 pound assistant.
Father’s Day.
My favorite guy’s birthday.
Family adventures.
Marveling at my middle guy’s curls.
Our family grew (congrats to my father-in-law and new mother-in-law).
Date nights with my favorite guy.
Moved some lovely tenants into our most recent completed construction project.
Helped clients find perfect properties.
Family bike rides and park days.

June was packed with goodness and flew by in a flash. I am looking forward to slowing down to savor time with my family this next month. July, you’re going to move at a bit slower of a pace (I’m claiming it!). 😉
