While doing a little research in RMLS's database today, I discovered that the "median" sales price of a home in 1995 was $128,000 in the Portland metro area. Contrast that with the median price of $509,000 in 2021 and $548,400 in 2022. January 2023's prices declined by -3.5% but rebounded in February for a 4.8% gain. Who thinks it's a good idea to wait until prices go down?

Once all the new furnishings have arrived, we will be hosting an Open House to show your our state of the art facilities.
