Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM (20 hours/week)

Keller Williams Portland Elite is Portland’s first hybrid boutique KW—a locally owned office designed for high-impact support throughout the Pacific Northwest. This is a role for an energetic self-starter who looks at an operational challenge and naturally focuses on how it can be done rather than worrying that it can’t. When you hit a roadblock, you don’t freeze or hide; you proactively engage and ask for help because you take fierce ownership of the end result. You possess strong emotional intelligence, a high baseline of structure, and an
authentic desire to protect a safe, inclusive environment where unconventional real estate professionals thrive.
What Will You Do?
This role condenses the highest-leverage, top 20% duties of agent services, front-facing hospitality, event marketing, and leadership leverage into a highly efficient 20-hour weekly container.
The 20% of the Job (Top Priorities):
● Culture Hub & First Impressions: Own the front desk experience and visual environment. Maintain the boutique co-working aesthetic (keeping the co-working space looking sharp and feeling welcoming, grounded, and safe).
● Event Marketing & Calendar Ex*****on: Own, update, and actively market our monthly agent events calendar. Fully execute the promotion and logistics for our signature Business Breakthrough Sessions, AI Workshops, and community events using pre-built email templates and social graphics.
● Recruiting Alignment & Intelligence: Assist the Team Leader with recruiting growth. Manage the local agent pipeline, research competitors' shifting fee structures, and help attract producing agents who are burning out on hustle culture and engaging with
our external content.
● Supported Start Tracking: Partner with the Productivity Coaching elements to meticulously track new and dual-career agents through their first 90 days in the PC program, ensuring they hit their 30/60/90-day action milestones without falling through the cracks.
● White-Glove Intake Systems: Flawlessly execute our highly selective agent onboarding checklist. Handle licensing compliance, coordinate tech assignments with the Tech Trainer, and craft our unique weekly agent features that celebrate who they are as
humans, not just their numbers.
Knowledge & Skills
● Proactive Problem Solving: A track record of moving with urgency and treating challenges with a solutions-oriented, positive mindset.
● Highly Structured & Detail-Focused: Exceptional organizational capacity to manage shifting variables, databases, and onboarding compliance lists without close supervision.
● Exceptional Interpersonal Communication: Natural sociability and high emotional intelligence; ability to practice deep, non-judgmental listening.
● Digital & Marketing Competence: Proficient with MS Excel/Word, social media scheduling tools, and highly willing to embrace and master internal real estate systems (CommandMC, Courted.io, Canva).
● Cultural Alignment: Comfortable in an environment that rejects corporate fluff, values the unique individual, and functions as a close-knit community.

Compensation
● Hourly Base Salary: 20 hours/week, M-Th
● Performance Bonuses: Bonuses tied directly to hitting office targets and additional milestones.
