Inventory's at its highest point since April 2020 with two months' worth of active listings on the market—well below the six months of a balanced market. Median sale price ticked down in July while homes stayed on the market ever-so-slightly longer. The market is a little less challenging for buyers, and sellers aren't fielding multiple offers, but buying a home in Portland Metro remains a costly endeavor.
