Seal Coat Project!
🚧 Upcoming Seal Coat Project – Resident Notice 🚧
We’re writing to let residents know that our community will be completing a seal coat project on 4/29/2026 to help maintain and extend the life of our parking lot.
🅿️ What to Expect:
Portions of the parking lot will be temporarily closed during the project
All vehicles must be moved from affected areas by 7AM on 4/29/26 to avoid towing
Signage will be posted in advance indicating closure zones
We will be posting notices and emailing closer to the start of the project!
⏱️ The work is expected to take up to one week for the first half with the second half starting at the end of July, weather permitting. Once completed, parking will reopen as areas are cleared for use.
We appreciate your cooperation and patience as we work to improve the community. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the leasing office at (503) 654-7368.
