Specializing in both homes and condos. We work in both the residential home and condo market in the Portland Metro area. If your home search is outside our areas of expertise, we have a team of agents that work in those areas ready to help! We can assist you whether you are a first time home buyer or experienced investor. We also have a team of great lenders, contractors and service providers with whom we can connect you. Jeff and I began working in the residential real estate business in 2005 and have spent our entire career working exclusively by referral. We value the opportunity to invest in clients and referrals who have chosen us to guide them through the home buying and selling process. We have been blessed with the wonderful opportunity to serve many friends and clients repeatedly over the years. We work with buyers and sellers of single family homes and condos/townhomes throughout the Portland Metro Area. During our career, we spent several years working in Portland's Pearl District and Downtown Neighborhoods focusing on buying and selling urban condos. We have been involved in condo associations and served on HOA boards which led to our understanding of building and neighborhood associations. Real estate transactions can be complicated. Chrissy's background as an elementary school teacher, enables her to explain the process and negotiation clearly. Each transaction has its own unique circumstances. The common goal in all cases is to conclude each transaction with the best possible outcome for our clients.
