Warning… Rant Coming 😉
I woke up to this review this morning, and honestly, it hit me hard in the best way. After 28 years in business, this is exactly what I envisioned my company becoming. Reviews like this remind me that even with all the day-to-day ups and downs, my team and I are on the right track.
It also reinforces something I strongly believe in — every company needs a clear vision and solid values. A lot of people think creating vision and values is just corporate fluff. I couldn’t disagree more. A few months ago, my team and I revisited ours together.
When I read reviews like this — and keep in mind, this is one of 465 reviews like it — it tells me those values are showing up in the real world, not just written on paper.
I often ask people, “What’s your biggest problem today?”
Today… I honestly don’t have one 🙏🏽
