We had a wonderful time celebrating our May birthdays last week! 🌷🌸

A big thank you to Market Basket in Claremont for the beautiful cake and helping make the celebration extra special!

We also love doing raffle gifts for all tenants who come to the birthday parties — it adds a little extra fun for everyone and makes the celebrations even more special! 💐

Spring is starting to bloom here at Marion Phillips Apartments 🌷🌱

As the flowers begin to pop up, our amazing maintenance team has been hard at work behind the scenes—laying hay, refreshing the grounds, and getting everything ready for the season ahead. We’re so grateful for all they do to keep our grounds looking beautiful and well cared for.

Our tenant garden beds are starting to come to life as well, and we can’t wait to see what everyone has in store for this growing season 🌼

Today was filled with smiles, sweet treats, and a little extra luck of the Irish ✨ Tenants enjoyed mint chocolate chip milkshakes, festive goodies, and got creative decorating their own hats—each one as fun & unique as they are! 🎩💚

Moments like these bring so much joy and community spirit to our day. We’re feeling lucky to celebrate together! 🍀✨

Thank you to our Claremont Housing Authority staff for all your hard work in making this Thanksgiving gathering so special for our tenants! We served about 65 people and provided some take home containers. Great company & great food all around!
