Because sometimes the best part of a home isn’t the newest or trendiest thing in it. It’s the detail that gives it personality.

The tiny wildflowers. The unexpected pops of color. The way it somehow works perfectly with that mint green door. 💚

I spend a lot of time talking about updates, renovations and preparing homes for what’s next. But I’ll always have a soft spot for the details that make a home feel like someone’s home.

There’s a new coffee shop in town, and you’re going to want to check it out!

From delicious, freshly baked pastries to creative and equally delectable drinks, Coffee &Cream Bakery in Cherry Valley is my new go-to coffee shop when I’m in the area. ☕😍

Grab yourself a fall-themed coffee (Cookie Butter Latte was 🤤!), bring the kids for a chocolate dipped ice cream bar, and snag a Candy Apple Energy Drink for your work bestie!

There are way too many goodies to list but check them out for frequent updates on limited edition menu items, like the Pumpkin Pie Pudding Latte 🎃. I also hear their cheese croissants are amazing!

This Latino Heritage Month feels especially meaningful to me. 🤎

As a Latina and a REALTOR®, I know a home can represent so much more than four walls and a set of keys.

It can mean stability. Opportunity. A place for family to gather and traditions to continue. And, for generations to come, it can become part of the legacy we leave behind.

In 2025, Latino households added a record 441,000 new homeowners nationwide, bringing the total number of Latino homeowner households to more than 10.2 million. 🙌🏼

That is something worth celebrating.

But there is still work to do. Here in California, affordability continues to create very real barriers for Latino families pursuing homeownership.

It’s one of the reasons this work means so much to me. Helping people understand their options, create a strategy, and realize that homeownership may be more possible than they thought is about more than a transaction.

It’s about helping families break barriers and build legacies. ❤️

Happy Latino Heritage Month.
