This home was a journey to get sold. It started when sellers used a previous realtor to purchase this home and a lot of things went wrong with that transaction. Luckily, they were referred to me when they decided to sell and move forward after only a short time owning the home Sometimes sellers have a different price in mind than what the market and their trusted REALTOR suggests. So we take the long road but eventually we get back to where we should have started in the first place and we get the home sold with multiple offers when priced correctly!!   Hiring the right REALTOR from the start is the best way to protect the investment you're going to make or to sell the one you need to get rid of. Luckily we got out of this one in the positive!!!
