WHAT A DAY!!! From trying to get ready to attend a closing for some amazing buyers and your power goes out when you are almost done drying your hair, so you take everything to the car because you have a plug only to find out it won’t work on the hairdryer, you just use the flat iron to hopefully dry the rest of your hair. Then you get back out to go back in the house in the rain to ruin said dry hair!!!!!

HOWEVER….. we closed on my buyers first home in Oklahoma! They came here from Georgia and it took us 10 mths to finally get to close on a home in this crazy market all while they were living in an RV (them, 3 boys and her mom 😳). We went a month past original closing date due to issues but they were as patient as they could be while we worked through them and we finally made it!!! We were all celebrating that is for sure!!! We couldn’t have done it if Cathy Sellers wouldn’t have gone to bat for us a few times that is for sure. I learned a lot on this one! 😃

But no matter, what welcome home Allen family!!! I can’t wait until I can just stop by just to visit and see what all you have done to the home.

I thank all the brave men and women who have fought and still are fighting for my freedom. We live in the Land of the Free because of those brave men and women!!
