✨Welcome to THE SHIRE✨

A whole lot of dreaming, designing, decision-making, and “trust the process” went into this project and we couldn’t be happier for our clients on their soon to be complete home! 🏡

🏡 LET’S TALK MORTAR! 🧱

One question we hear during the stone installation phase is, “Why does the mortar look so dark?!” 👀

Don’t panic! Wet mortar naturally appears darker because of its moisture content. As it cures and dries, the color typically lightens, giving you a much better idea of what the finished stonework will look like!

Just another reason we remind our clients that the construction phase isn’t always a reflection of the finished product! 👏🏼

At Cornerstone Homes, we love answering the questions that come with building custom. After all, an informed homeowner is a happy homeowner! 🏡✨

What question do YOU have about construction or building?! Ask it in the comments.

🎨 TILE TALK WITH ABBY! 🏡✨

Let’s talk GROUT! 👀

You might think grout is just a small detail, but the color you choose can completely change the look of your tile!

That’s why at Cornerstone Homes & Properties, we bring the grout options directly to our clients in their future home! 🏡

Why? Because lighting matters! 💡 Natural light, artificial lighting, and surrounding finishes can all affect how a color looks.

We want our clients to see their options in THEIR space, with THEIR lighting, before making the final decision.

✨ The little details make a BIG difference, and building custom means getting those details right!

⚡️ FLIP THE SWITCH ⚡️

Now we’re looking like a HOME over at the Hayfield project! The difference a roof + siding can make is huge. 🙌🏼🏡

Also peep that house wrap from our friends Pixley Lumber 😍

Same framing phase. Two completely different visions.
Because custom should actually mean CUSTOM.

Different homes. Different dreams. Built from the ground up with Cornerstone. 🔑🏡

We may act cool, but every single like, comment & share has us doing whatever it is Craig is doing here 🤣🙌🏼🥳

We don’t just hand you plans and tell you to trust the process—we want you IN the process. 👏🏼🏠

Walk the plans. Ask the questions. Picture your everyday life in the space. Make the changes while they’re still easy to make.

Because a good contractor doesn’t just build the house on the plans… they help make sure it works for the people who will actually live in it. 🔨✨

A big thank you to Walk Your Plans Tulsa for allowing us a space in which to better serve our clients. 💚

Asking our crew the hard-hitting questions absolutely nobody asked us to ask. 😂🤷🏻‍♀️🙈💀

TUESDAY TOUR at the Shire!

Paint may seem like one step in the process, but the difference it makes is HUGE. ✨🏡

This is where the vision starts becoming reality… and we never get tired of watching it happen. 👏
