Coldwell Banker Plaza Real Estate merges with Coldwell Banker Select to become the 6th largest Coldwell Banker franchise in the United States! 🎉🎉

John McKenzie, owner of Coldwell Banker Plaza Real Estate, in Wichita, KS, announced their company has joined Coldwell Banker Select, a Tulsa-based brokerage with 17 offices and 850-plus agents across the state of Oklahoma. The company will continue to operate under the Coldwell Banker Plaza name and will have the resources of the #7 ranked Coldwell Banker Affiliate, Coldwell Banker Select, to foster growth and expansion in the state.

McKenzie started Plaza Real Estate in 1981 and joined the Coldwell Banker Brand in 2009 as Coldwell Banker Plaza Real Estate. McKenzie and his leadership team have enjoyed tremendous growth over the years, and are the #1 Coldwell Banker affiliate in the state of Kansas. With over 85 agents, 2 offices, over 1,300 transactions, and $350 Million in production in 2021, they strive to provide the best customer experience in the area.

This merger will create and strengthen the networking and marketing capabilities for Coldwell Banker Plaza and Coldwell Banker Select throughout the Oklahoma/Kansas region. It will add two real estate offices to Coldwell Banker Select bringing a total of 19 offices serving real estate customers throughout Oklahoma and Kansas. Together, Coldwell Banker Select and Coldwell Banker Plaza helped over 9,400 families either buy or sell a home in 2021 and had a closed annual production of close to $2.5 Billion in sales.
