CLOSED!

Some transactions are smooth sailing… and some make you work a little harder for that closing day! This one definitely had its challenges, but we stayed the course and got it to the closing table.

One of the best parts of this transaction was gaining a wonderful new friend along the way. I am so appreciative of my seller and her patience throughout the process, as well as the buyers for hanging in there with us while we worked through the bumps in the road.

Real estate doesn’t always go according to plan, but that’s part of why I love what I do. Helping people navigate the challenges, finding solutions, and finally getting to say “CLOSED” makes it all worth it.

CLOSING DAY!

This one was extra special. Five years ago, I had the privilege of helping some of my closest friends purchase this home for their kids to live in while attending college. Today, we got to close that chapter as I helped them sell it!

And I have to say—this may have been one of the easiest transactions from start to finish. Everything just fell into place, which makes closing day even sweeter.
