As I start to focus on 2026, I just wanted to say that it’s funny how in real estate “part time” sometimes gets mistaken for “less qualified.”
I’ve been in real estate for over 6 years with consistent success on both the buying and selling side. Every listing I’ve taken has sold. Many with multiple offers and prices over asking. Buyers have been just as successful navigating competitive markets and making smart, well timed decisions. No shortcuts. No surprises. Just results.
This has never been just about selling houses for me. How I approach real estate is shaped by over 20 years in law enforcement, senior leadership experience, and a master’s degree. My career has been built on sound judgment, responsibility, and consistent results. I am trained to evaluate risk, anticipate problems before they arise, and protect people’s interests under pressure. I know the law, I respect it, and integrity is non-negotiable. Especially in an industry like real estate where cutting corners and playing games seems far too common.
If you know me personally and you’ve seen how I operate in other areas of my life, you already know how seriously I take responsibility, preparation, and results. Choosing an agent should be about who you trust to handle something important, not who advertises the most.
I may not post about real estate every day or try to be an influencer, but when I take on a client, they get my full attention and a level of experience that goes well beyond just selling houses.
Real estate is not the only thing I do.
It’s just one of the things I do really well.
