We submitted an offer on this house in Oct and here we are finally closing.

Long story short offer got accepted in Oct.! Inspection day comes & septic issues came up. Laws changed, so grey water had to be re-directed, but septic had no issues.
•
Months of weather delays, municipalities, engineers, permits etc.. It’s was a whole process, but I stood close to my clients, persistent as can be & got them a brand new septic (sellers expense) Bringing up the value of the home automatically! 💰

All in all what i’m saying is stay true to your clients, work effectively & never let a deal die. This is why I chose this profession. I get to see a family that waited so patiently finally move into their first home!
