Audra is a 20+ year resident to the City of Las Vegas. Originally from Rhode Island she followed in her mother's footsteps by becoming a REALTOR®. 2022 Loan Limit Increase

To keep up with today's competitive housing market, the Federal Housing Finance Agency has announced an increase in the maximum conforming mortgage loan limits for 2022. This is in response to the unprecedented rise in home prices we have seen this year.

For 2022, the conforming loan limits for much of the country will increase from $548,250 to $647,200 for single-family homes.

This is great news for homebuyers and their agents!
