Big appraisal changes are coming November 2, 2026.

Why should you care?
Appraisals will include more detailed property information, and properties with features like ADUs, in-law suites, garage apartments, multiple living areas, and certain manufactured homes may have more financing options than you think.

The biggest takeaway: don’t assume a property won’t work! If you come across a unique property or listing and aren’t sure about the financing, give me a call and let’s take a look at it together.
