Job Description:

Real Estate Agents assist buyers and sellers through the home buying and home selling process. Agents have the opportunity to build businesses that are sustainable and profitable, in addition to being shown exactly how to develop their careers every step of the way. Agents are able to create a business plan to grow their income at every level of their career.

About Keller Williams:

-Keller Williams answers to and invests in their agents
-Agents are treated as partners and make all the decisions for the office

-Agents get one on one productivity coaching to help them achieve more

Responsibilities:

-Assist Buyers and Sellers through the home buying and home selling process from contract to closing
-Have buyer and seller consultations in order to best guide the consumer financially and develop professional relationships
-Lead Generate for business and grow your network
-Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
-Market all properties for sale
-Commit to the one on one Business Coaching in order to guide your business
-Prepare necessary paperwork (NEW Agents get one on one assistance)
-Coordinate with title company, lender, homes inspectors, appraiser, and consumers through every transaction
-Develop & Maintain a Database in order to network your business and get referrals

Requirements:
-Able to obtain real estate license
-Self-motivated and hardworking
-Trustworthy and Honest
-Excellent Communication skills
