It takes much more than a Realtor to sell a home. It takes an excellent brokerage to train and support the agent. It takes a large circle of friends willing to perform the always appreciated 3-Rs—Review, Recommend, and Refer. It takes friends who "like" and "share" social media posts and keep your mail on the refrigerator or coffee table for all to see. And, among many other factors, it takes many reliable contractors and service providers.

It's been a hectic summer in real estate, and I have that excellent brokerage with RE/MAX Realty Centre of the Washington DC Metro Area. I am grateful for my large circle of friends (you know who you are—thank you!) who support me at every turn. I also have those contractors and suppliers who make the MAGIC happen at every home I list. Therefore, this recognition belongs to all those mentioned above. What a lovely visit I had this morning at this beauty. While the inside gets a touch of paint, I wanted to share some details that make this home unique.
