August 6th was my first day back in Michigan.

August 7th was my first day back to work in Michigan.

August 8th I got a 479k Clarkston house under contract for a client.

August 11th was the inspection (no major problems)

August 15th we closed that house for 430k

THATS 49 THOUSAND LESS THAN ORIGINAL LIST PRICE IN 7 DAYS!!!!!!!!
