I'm looking to buy more houses........ but only under certain circumstances these days. Reasonable prices are hard to come by as we all know.

Today I'm looking for you, or someone you might know, who has stopped paying their mortgage and doesn't have a plan.

Theres no shame in it, no judgement here.

Maybe you took the forbearance or you just stopped paying, and you know courts were locked up and backed up for months and you want to milk it for as long as you can, but you have no plan beyond living for free for as long as possible and you know forclosure is coming for you sooner or later.............. I'd like to talk to you.

I'm great at milking banks for as long as possible (and proud of it) and once time is up, I'd like to try to acquire your house in a way that works for you and for me.

There are over 4 million americans not paying their mortgages right now, and I bet a post like this can find 10 of them.
