Hi Friends!!

Today I am participating in a 24 hours knit for food event to raise money for families and children that are in need of food.

If you know me, you know my run as a single parent and not always having much to feed the babies.

Please help me feed others by donating even a few dollars.

Join us on March 23, 2024 for the 4th annual Knit for Food Knit-a-thon. This 12-hour knitting marathon raises funds and awareness to combat hunger and food insecurity!

REAL ESTATE AGENTS - the industry is shifting before our eyes. Buyer’s agent commissions lawsuit, supply/demand shift, value fluctuations…There will be a new normal sometime in the near future. In the meantime, hedge. I found a perfect extra revenue stream for agents to add more financial security to your career. Shoot me a message.

I am blessed to be partnered with Brian Carruthers. If you don’t know him, you should.
For those who do not know his story, his entire life was being a real estate agent. His family had a 34 office real estate company in the Washington DC area. He hedged by adding a residual income stream, and was very fortunate, where that side income turned into seven figures a year, and he is leading us from the front on how to do just that.

I’m not saying that you need to take it that far, but there is no limit. It is truly worth taking five minutes to chat. Especially if you don’t want to still be selling houses 20 years from now on the same grind because you have to.
