Meet Jason Hebner, Funding!
Legacy Title Agency is lucky to have Jason Hebner as part of the team. As a funder with extensive experience in the title industry, Jason has worn many hats over the years and brings a deep understanding of the closing process to every transaction he works on. Known for his positive attitude, quick wit, and ever-changing accents, Jason keeps both clients and coworkers laughing while still getting the job done. Whether he’s solving a problem, answering questions, or stepping in to help wherever needed, Jason is always willing to lend a hand and make the process smoother for everyone around him.
Outside the office, Jason loves an adventure including camping and hiking and is also an AVID Lions fans. BUT - the most important thing to know about Jason is that he does enjoy a prank! Inside and outside the office Jason is well known for his positive attitude and good spirit. Jason is one of those people that just really is an amazing person who always has your back - and we are SO THANKFUL he is part of our team!

When buying a house with a land contract, the terms are crucial. This includes the down payment, monthly payments, interest rate, and who's responsible for taxes and insurance. All these details should be in the addendum, as the buyer and seller are now partners for the duration of the contract.

Meet Cheryl Miron, Closer!

Cheryl is such an amazing part of our Legacy family! Cheryl spends her days meeting with clients and helping them sign their closing documents. She is a true professional - taking a stack of hundreds of documents and breaking them down into digestible information! Cheryl excels at closings because she is so incredibly knowledgeable, but also so caring and understanding the individual needs and circumstances of our buyers and sellers.
Outside the office, Cheryl enjoys being the cool aunt to her niece and nephews and traveling with her mom. If you spot Cheryl outside of a closing, it’s probably working out with her favorite crew at Orange Theory or practicing her newest hobby – golf! 🏌️‍♀️
Cheryl is more than an amazing closer, she is the warmest, most fun person who will always make you feel welcome and important. We love you Cheryl - thanks for being part of our amazing team!💙
