It is my Mission as a Real Estate Associate Broker to market, negotiate and consummate the sale of each of my contracted property listings to the highest standard of professionalism with the most modern methods in technology, techniques and tools currently available to obtain the maximum number of potential buyers matching each contracted prop
erty; as possible. As a Seller’s Agent, I will:
• continue searching and improving additional methods of internet marketing tools, promotional marketing images and business negotiating practices.
• respect each of my client’s needs and privacy as specific and personal in regards to each individual client.
• maintain records of communications and documentation with each client and fellow industry colleague (as per fellow Realtors, Title Companies, Lenders, Legal Support and Marketing Partners) in order to create consistency of process in order to eliminate errors.
• strictly follow diligent time lines in order to properly expedite each transaction in the most productive style that most benefits my clients’ needs.
• strictly follow the guidelines of all Fair Housing regulations.
• counsel each client in a way that most benefits their options and needs.
• work fair and honestly at all times, never working with a conflict of interest or in a fraudulent manor with full disclosure in all areas as required by law. As a Buyer’s Agent, I will:
• respect each of my client’s needs and privacy as specific and personal in regards to each individual client.

• comply with all corporate and local office policies and procedures without conflict of the above statement.
• comply with all policies of the National Board of Realtors, Michigan Board of Realtors and North Oakland County Board of Realtors and the State of Michigan laws and regulations.
• cooperate with all other Multi Listing Service agents and brokerage offices regarding fair and professional practices and compensation.
• never slander any other agent or brokerage office.
• present and carry myself in a professional manner at all times.
• never be influenced by unprofessional or slanderous behavior or practices by others; regardless of inside my own brokerage office, National, State or local board, region or public.
• Above all, I will give all credit to God.
