Happy Monday and Happy Halloween! 🎃

Here's the rundown of what's in this week's video:

1. Are higher interest rates "spooking" you? 👻 I have some great information from our partners at Prosperity Home Mortgage on something called a "2-1 Buy Down". Basically it's a great way to save money with a lower interest rate for the first two years of your mortgage. Allen Tayman does a great job breaking it down in the handout I've attached in the comments below. 👇

3. Don't forget that we revert to Daylight Standard Time this Sunday. So Saturday night before bed, make sure you turn back your clocks one hour and check the batteries in your smoke detectors! 🕰️ 🔥

After the open house yesterday, I journeyed up to Bel Air to see a friend that I hadn't seen in too long.

He showed me his awesome new house and then we went over to the only Miller's Ale House within driving distance. It was a great nostalgic trip into my younger days.

What a beautiful Saturday! Hope your weekend is off to a great start.

Come on by and see me today at an Open House from 1:00 to 3:00. Its a cute single family home at 5707 Winner Avenue. Recently redone and check out those coffered ceilings! 😍

PS: I used to live 2 minutes from here! Yesterday I had fun driving around and seeing the old neighborhood.
