Home was built in 1960, modern HVAC installed in 2017ish based on the manufacture date of the unit. The only air return was on the other side of this wall, in the basement. All the living space is upstairs. Tell me you don’t know what you’re doing without telling me you don’t know what you’re doing.

Learn from my mistake. Make sure you register or inform your buyers to register their HVAC unit soon after moving in or purchasing their new home. I’m just shy of my 5 year warranty expiring however, I didn’t register the unit within 60 days (Goodman unit) therefore parts and labor that would be covered are not. 😬😢
