It’s been one of those weeks in real estate. I closed two homes this week, and both were challenging right up to the finish line. These kinds of closings take a LOT of an agent’s time, energy, and attention and, I’m feeling every bit of it. 😂
I’m also supposed to run 12 miles today as I continue training for my November marathon.
And honestly? I’m questioning that decision too. 😂
But I’m reminding myself that I don’t have to figure it all out today. I just need to take the next step.
One mile. One house. One task. One prayer.
And trust Jesus with the rest.

I know I haven’t been posting much lately. There’s a reason for that. I’ve simply been busy doing the work of taking care of my clients, getting homes to the closing table, and now getting another property ready for pictures Monday.
So if I’ve been a little quiet on social media, I hope you’ll know it’s not because I’ve disappeared.
I’m just out here working. ❤️
And occasionally trying to convince myself to run 12 miles. 😂

A Joyous & Bittersweet Closing Day ♥🏠

Today was closing day for 242 Lake Ridge Drive, Buffalo Junction, VA. While I'm always grateful for the opportunity to help my clients through the sale of their home, some closing carry a little more emotion than others. Today was both joyous and bittersweet as we closed this chapter for Mr. Ruth. She has been such a special part of our community, and she will be missed greatly. ♥

Ms. Ruth's years of diligent service and dedication to The Selah Center have touched so many lives. Her heart for others and the work she has poured into our community will not soon be forgotten. It was an honor to represent her in the sale of 242 Lake Ridge Drive, and I'm thankful I had the opportunity to be a small part of this transition.

Congratulations on this new chapter, Ms. Ruth! May the days ahead be filled with peace, joy, and wonderful new memories.
