How’d you do as a baby realtor your first year?

One piece of advice I wish I knew earlier is to just hit the ground running! Classes can teach you the basics, but they can’t teach you all the ins and outs of a transaction from contract to close. You learn that by actually doing it..✍🏼

Lean on the people in your corner. The ones cheering you on will be there to guide you, answer your questions, and hold your hand through those first few deals. You’ll learn more by jumping in than you ever will waiting until you feel completely ready.🤍🏡
