Happy Mother's Day!🩷

Mothers are often the first people to believe in us before we believe in ourselves. They hold our hands through childhood, and somehow continue holding our hearts long after we grow up. Their love becomes the voice in our head telling us to keep going when life gets heavy.

Today, I hope every mother, grandmother, stepmother, single mom, mother figure, and woman carrying the emotional weight of caring for others feels seen and appreciated. And I hope anyone struggling today gives themselves grace too.

Happy Mother’s Day to the women who make the world softer, stronger, and more loving every single day.

Mental health matters—every single day, not just when it’s visible.

We all carry things others can’t see: stress, anxiety, grief, burnout, self-doubt. And yet so many people feel like they have to push through in silence. That needs to change.
Checking in on your mental health is just as important as taking care of your physical health. It’s okay to rest. It’s okay to ask for help. It’s okay to not have everything figured out.
