CONGRATULATIONS TO BOB!!!! We started working together in October and he was pretty dead set on new construction so we explored pre-solds and specs all over Montgomery County. He ultimately decided that he liked the exit 8 & 11 areas for the convenience to I-24 and local amenities. Budget is always important and those areas tend to come with a higher price tag so thankfully I was able to help him find the cutest new construction home on exit 8 for under $300k on a great lot and with a GREAT floorplan.
