For me, I’ll choose seller-paid closing costs over a price reduction almost 👏🏻every👏🏻time…
A price reduction? Looks great on paper… but usually only trims a small amount off the monthly payment (like maybe ~$60/month… which would take 13+ years to “match” a $10k price reduction in real value).
Closing costs covered? That’s REAL impact. It means my buyer brings way less cash to closing—which is often the biggest hurdle.
Same money to the seller… but ONE of these actually helps my buyer get the keys without liquidating their life savings 💰💰
