This is always a weird one to post... at the end of the day, these are just numbers and it can feel "braggy" at times, but to me, this ranking represents so much more than a number.

It represents the late nights, weekends, lost sleep, tough negotiations, creative offer-writing, stress-handling, nerves-soothing, deal-wrangling side of the job that most people don't see. It represents all the clients-turned-friends (even if just for a season) that I love and treat the way I'd want my family to be taken care of. It represents the high level of trust that my clients place in me in handling the transaction with their most expensive asset.

I LOVE THIS JOB. It allows me to put my ADHD "superpowers" to work that benefits my clients and family alike. I enjoy the different challenges that present themselves with each new deal. I'm very thankful to the Lord that He allows me to have this career, and none of these blessings are lost on me. So, thanks. That's really all I came here to say.

It's time for "𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝑯𝑬𝑪𝑲 𝐢𝐬 𝐠𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭 𝐖𝐞𝐝𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐬!!" - a totally normal segment that won't strike anyone as strange in the least. SO! What are we hearing? That there's an eminent crash? That it's a buyer's market? That it's a horrible time to buy and sell? Well, let me answer some of these!

While I can't tell the future, "experts" have been saying there will be a HUGE crash for years... and yet, here we are. Could there be? Sure! There could be lots of things, but I try to focus on what I can see and measure right in front of me. Next- it is very much a buyer's market now, and that's because there is a lot of inventory right now, aka lots of houses for sale. If you're thinking about selling your home, there needs to be a lot of research done on the front end before listing so you can get an accurate picture of what your bottom line might be, and what to do to make your home more attractive to the current buyer pool. Lastly, it's never a bad time to buy or sell! You just have to have the current market data and a creative, knowledgeable, and trustworthy agent on your side of the table. Lucky for you, I know a girl!

Yes, the numbers absolutely matter in a real estate transaction, but sometimes being able to hold the emotional weight of a home is the main service we provide. It was an honor and privilege to be able to help this family sell the home they raised their kids in for 25 years and help them close this chapter in their life.

Please read to the end- I got this email today letting me know that I'd hit my franchise cap with my company, which means I got to cross another goal off my list for this year. At this risk of sounding cliche, I really shot for the stars with my professional goals this year and thought, "If I hit even a few of these, I'll be overjoyed!" but, I haven't just hit a few. I've hit every single one so far, and some days I truly can't believe it.

I'd like to interject here that 2025 was a really hard year for me (and my family). In some ways, I'm still recovering from it. BUT, God held me and my family the entire year, and this year of blessings upon blessings has shown me that He is there in the valleys as well as on the mountaintops.

God directs my steps. He has lain out the plan for my life. He allows each client to come into my sphere, and He fosters that relationship of trust between us. I give all glory to my Father in Heaven for taking care of me when I had no idea how we were going to acquire a safe car to drive my kids around, and I continue to give Him the glory for allowing us to pay off most of our debt this year, and then some. I hope my heart shows through in this. God's blessings aren't financial most of the time, and I acknowledge the many, many ways I'm blessed beyond professional success and finances, but resources can and do bless people, and for that I'm very thankful. I could say so much more, but I think my point has been made. All glory to Him. It's not up to me to control my life and worry. I don't have to be anxious. Thank you, Jesus, for saving me and continuing to save me and give me new mercies every morning.
