We made it to closing! ā¤ļø And let me tell youā€¦this one was a journey!

The day after we went under contract, we had some storm damageā€”a tree fell next to the house and caused some damage. Because apparently a real estate transaction isnā€™t exciting enough on its own! šŸ˜‚

But we worked through it, kept moving forward, and today everyone is happy with the outcomeā€”and that makes it all worth it.

This wasnā€™t just a house. This was MeMawā€™s houseā€”a home filled with years of memories and so much meaning to this family. Iā€™m so grateful they trusted me to help them through the process and get it SOLD.
