Across the Middle Tennessee counties we reviewed, inventory is up 6% from last August, while the median sales price climbed 4% to $480,000. At the same time, the number of homes sold dropped 11%.

Birthday Photo/Video

My birthday weekend was filled with love, laughter, family, fellowship, culture, and so many unforgettable moments! ❤️

A HUGE thank you to my sister in Christ, Courtney George Prewitt, for spending time with me at The Pottery Room! We had so much fun fellowshipping and painting pottery! 🎨 She is definitely the artist between us! 😂 I simply embraced my ability to paint with imperfections. ❤️

Thank you my beloved friend Amy Green (Huddleston) for showing up for me at Zanies Nashville. Getting to see Jay Pharoah LIVE was AMAZING! His impersonations are OUT OF THIS WORLD! 🎤😂 And I loved having my daughters Chef Shay, RiRi, and Niyah Janae there with me. ❤️ My daughter Shenika later joined us to sing HBD, which made the night even more special. 🥹

A special thank you to my co-workers for blessing me with an Amazon gift card and birthday card! 🎁 And to my beloved friend Heather Westfield Geanes and her mom—THANK YOU for making my favorite cake FROM SCRATCH! 🎂❤️ That act of love meant so much to me!

Saturday, Chef Shay took me to the National Museum of African American Music and WOW!!! 🤯🖤 I cannot believe I’ve lived in Tennessee for 12 years and never knew this gem existed! I HIGHLY recommend visiting. I will definitely be going back!

Most importantly, I’m still celebrating 47 years of God’s grace, mercy, love, and redemption. 🙏🏽❤️ When I look back over my life, all I can say is LOOK WHAT GOD HAS DONE!

And to EVERYONE who called, texted, posted birthday blessings, sent wishes, prayed for me, celebrated with me, or simply took a moment to acknowledge my birthday—THANK YOU! ❤️ I felt the love, and I do not take it for granted.

47 looks good on me because GOD HAS BEEN GOOD TO ME! 🙌🏽🥳❤️

Happy Wisdom Wednesday 🤗

Today’s Wisdom Wednesday is a little personal, but I believe somebody needs to hear this.

Last month , I celebrated 2 years of celibacy and sexual purity. When I say celibacy, I mean no p**n, no ma********on, no vi*****rs or toys, no dirty movies, no sexual conversations, and no entertaining sexual relationships. NOTHING but the total surrenderence and submission to my Heavenly Father 🙌🏽👏🏽✝️🙏🏽
And I feel AMAZING, EMPOWERED, and FREE.
If I did it you can too!!!

Let’s normalize celebrating sexual sobriety or celiabacy.

So I made this video after TWO buyers reached out to me with the SAME concerns…

“My visitors’ cars were getting towed just for parking slightly over the driveway and blocking the sidewalk!” 🚗😩
