The City of Clarksville Neighborhood & Community Services is offering assistance to income-qualified homeowners for essential repairs to keep homes safe, healthy, and structurally sound.

✅ Eligible repairs include:

Roof, electrical, plumbing, or HVAC fixes

Structural repairs to floors/walls

Broken window/door replacement

Accessibility upgrades like ramps or grab bars

📋 How to Apply

Complete the Prescreening Assessment Form online

If eligible, a project coordinator will follow up

Submit your full application & documents

Schedule your home inspection

📍 Paper applications are available at City Hall (1 Public Square, Suite 201).

👉 Must be a low-to-moderate income, Clarksville homeowner living in your primary residence. Property taxes must be up to date.
