I am so happy for my sellers on the closing of this beautiful farm! 🏡 🐎

This one was especially meaningful. I had the opportunity to take over the listing after it had been listed previously at the same price the last year. We made some thoughtful adjustments to the marketing and approach and I’m incredibly grateful for how the property was received.

On the very first day of showings, 23 groups came through the property. The result was multiple strong offers and, ultimately, a successful closing.

I’m so thankful to my sellers for trusting me with their property and to everyone who took the time to come see it, ask questions, and share it with others. Most of all, I’m grateful that we were able to find the right buyer and get to the closing table.
