erved for ten years before deciding to pursue his passion in real estate. Through his experience in the Howard County judicial system he developed an expertise in negotiation and contracts. His ultimate goal for sellers, is to net them the most amount of money, in the shortest amount of time, with the least amount of problems. In 2009 he obtained his Associates Brokers License and in 2012 Jason earned the Certified Negotiator Expert designation which is held by less than 1% of real estate agents. Jason has been around the real estate industry all his life as his father was a successful Broker with more than 40 years of experience. Real estate is a true passion for Jason and in his spare time he enjoys studying advanced negotiation techniques while keeping abreast of the latest trends in Maryland real estate. Aside from his passion for real estate, Jason enjoys working out, watching the Redskins, Terrapins, and Orioles, and hanging out with his fiancé, wonderful friends and family.
