e is. Allen became interested in real estate at age 20 when he bought his first home. Soon after, he attained a Tennessee real estate license and pursued real estate full time. Allen began “flipping” houses as an investment and showed his clients how to do the same. In 2009, he began doing new construction, and found it even more rewarding than buying and selling existing real estate. After several successful and personally fulfilling projects such as Swan Lake Village Phase 2 and his current development project on Porter’s Bluff in historic Clarksville, Tennessee, Allen has come to this conclusion:
